I truly enjoyed the hotel overall. Everything was excellent, the staff were very nice and the location was fantastic. I had a superior queen room and it was new-fashioned with modern bathrooms, lovely furnishings, for instance. The restaurant here was perfect for evening meals.

Charming stay with a caveat
Basking in the morning sun on our balcony was a highlight. The room had a lovely view, and the staff's warm service.
Unfortunately, the heating was inconsistent, waking us up a bit too chilly. We could also hear conversations from neighboring rooms, which disrupted our peace at night.

It was Ok. I think that it was over rated for what the accommodations were like. The room was out dated.
The man who was at the reception desk on Sunday afternoon 8/28, seemed very busy and didn't give us much help regarding questions we had, etc.

Fantastic Stay with Cute Staff!
Our family enjoyed a good two-night stay. The staff were great, offering local dining tips, and breakfast options were fantastic! The cozy family room was comfortable, despite some dated decor. For a special treat, don't miss the pancakes at breakfast. They're a hit with kids!

The room the hotel staff provided us with, was superb. We can't think of anything negative about it.
The continental breakfast is nice and everything is fresh, but a little bit of ham and cheese would be nicer.

Its central location is its best point. It was pretty. It was good value for money.
I booked a "superior" room. on checking in, it seemed like a fairly standard room to me. Check in was a little chaotic and I didnt like having to pay for the room before I even saw it.

Had a lovely stay and the jacuzzi bath in my spacious single room was a total spa treat! I also enjoyed relaxing on the sun terrace and in the cozy lounge. Just a heads-up, the room layout was a bit tight for moving around, but it didn't take away from the experience 😊

The room was very comfortable and clean. The guesthouse itself was clean and tidy and very nice in a great location right in the centre of Killarney. Good location also to drive the Ring of Kerry which we did the following day. The price was very reasonable, good value for money.
The only complaint we had was that the room was quite cold (we were there in the end of December) even though the room was fitted with a large heater we had to ask the staff to turn on the main heating so we could warm up the room when we arrived there at around 5.30pm. Once on the heater warmed the room quickly and the temperature was lovely. However they don't seem to have the main heating timed to come on in the morning either and we woke up to a very cold room. I just think that in a guesthouse it is better to allow the guest to turn off or on their own heating as they feel necessary as it was frustrating having to ask to have it turned on morning and night especially in the middle of winter.

The hotel is quiet and nicely located. The hotel room was comfortable and had all the basic comfort you would need for a short stay.
The hotel charged us more than our Booked.net reservation indicated, falsely explaining that Booked.net was wrong in their prices (although Booking does not determine the price of a hotel room...). The hotel also refused cash payment for the room, which is highly illegal.

The staff were cute and always
Ready to assist us. The room was beautifully decorated and comfortable, but the noise from the street was a bit disruptive at night. A pleasant stay with minor inconveniences.

The room was fairly comfortable for 2 adults and two children.
Our stay was during a football tournament and other guests were partying all night long. Staff refused to do anything about the situation and therefore we did not get a decent nights sleep.
